All our rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with a television and a safe. Some feature balconies. Individual bathrooms include a toilet, bathtub with shower or shower only, hairdryer, and toiletries. Beds are made upon arrival, and daily room cleaning service is provided.

All our studios are air-conditioned, equipped with a television and a safe. Some feature balconies. Individual bathrooms include a toilet, bathtub with shower or shower only, hairdryer, and toiletries. Our studios come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, kitchen utensils, kettle, and electric coffee maker. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided. Linen or towel supplies available upon request. Cleaning is included only at the end of the stay (kitchen maintenance is the guest’s responsibility, cleaning kit provided).

I ended up here spontaneously using airline miles and am so glad I did. My triple room was so spacious and comfortable, the location was off-the-beaten-path and quiet, but a close walk to beaches and shops. The owners were beyond accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. I extended my stay several times until I had no choice but to leave. The only thing I missed was having a kitchen but I otherwise felt like I was home. The bathroom was huge and I had more closets and storage space than I knew what to do with. Highly recommended!

Beautiful little family owned hotel in Juan-les-pines, a tourism-oriented part of the coast city of Antibes. For our stay we rented a double studio room. The rooms were clean, comfortable and featured a little kitchen, a tv and good-working wifi. The hotel itself was very cute and nicely decorated and the owners very kind. The train station of Juan-Les-Pines was located very close to the hotel, together with supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries, noise however was not an issue during our stay. A free to use beach is within 10 minutes walking and the very nice old town of Antibes within 20 minutes of walking or 5 minutes by bus. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay!

Appena rientrati da un weekend presso questo splendido luogo, dove si può respirare un'aria di relax e positività! Proprietari sono delle persone splendide. Pulizia ottima, come la colazione servita sul terrazzo esterno oppure in camera! Grazie per le piacevoli chiacchiere e per il weekend!

Thank you for a wonderful stay ! ☺ The room (studio) and hotel areas were very clean and quiet. Isabelle and Jean-Christophe were very accommodating with information and helpful advice throughout our entire stay. The hotel is close to the train station which is convenient if you want to travel the Cote d'azur coast. We would definitely stay here again. Also, parking (paid by day) is convenient and safe.

Très bonne expérience ☺ For a business trip, comparing the quality of the service the price is superb, not in the vicinity of the JUAN DE PINS conference center but within ten minutes across the railway line or to the beach. My favorite homey atmosphere, the very friendly and approachable Christopher and Isabella, I didn't feel alienated from my family. My meetings start at 8 am and Christopher prepares my breakfast 15 minutes early so that I can enjoy a hearty French breakfast on the patio every breakfast of the week and start each day's intense workload with a good start. ☹ none

Optimale Location für einen Kurztrip nach Südfrankreich ☺Kleines aber sehr feines Hotel, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Zimmer, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, gute Lage (Zentrum und Strand zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichbar), sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service, Frühstück klein aber fein, wir haben uns sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt - wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!! ☹-/-
